Select a video to have playing as children enter the Large Group room. Videos are found in the Video Player section of each lesson, too.
Have Small Group leaders greet the children as they enter the Large Group room and engage them in a game or conversation until time for Large Group to begin.

Hello, everyone! Today is our second week of Advent when we celebrate the coming of Jesus—the greatest gift ever—all month long. Which reminds me… (with excitement) We are now only three Sundays from Christmas! Can you feel that? The expectation?
That’s our expectation for Christmas—the food, the family time…the presents! But Advent is also about experiencing the expectation of Jesus coming. Not just as a baby, but as our King—and our rescuer! If you knew a king was coming, would you be excited? I would! What if you knew that king personally? Maybe you had eaten dinner with him a few times. And you knew that he was coming to bring you things you needed AND things you would enjoy. Would you have an easy time waiting for him to arrive?
I’m getting excited just thinking about it. Not as excited as Chris is about climbing Prize Peak, but… Wait! You don’t know what I mean. Watch this, and you will!
